Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our custom leather products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom items.
Please keep in mind that natural variations in leather, including grain, texture, color, and markings, are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved order details due to our error, please contact us within 24 hrs. of delivery. We photograph and examine your design carefully prior to leaving our shop, but we are human, so any verified issues will be addressed accordingly.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related damage, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
